Associating two-shot moulding with the insert moulding process, or with the screen process on plastic sheets and monofilms, makes it possible to offer cost effective technical solutions when producing backlit parts (knobs, heating system grills, etc.)
Overmoulding technology is remarkably suited to filling the desire to have customised vehicles. It calls on roller moulds or in-mould transfers.
Applied to rotating knobs, dual-material moulding technology makes it possible to enhance a component's quality with a soft-touch feel and intense, uniform nighttime luminosity.
